BidZombie is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and trustworthy marketplace for buyers and sellers. This Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy applies to all items offered through BidZombie, including auction listings, Buy Now listings, and any other sales format offered through the platform.
By listing, bidding on, purchasing, or selling an item through BidZombie, users agree to comply with this Policy, the BidZombie Terms of Use, all other applicable BidZombie policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Seller Responsibility
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that every item they list may legally be advertised, offered, sold, transferred, shipped, delivered, and possessed in all jurisdictions involved in the transaction.
The fact that an item appears on BidZombie does not mean that BidZombie has determined the item is legal or appropriate for sale.
Sellers must obtain any licenses, permits, certifications, documentation, or approvals legally required for the sale or transfer of an item.
BidZombie may remove or restrict any listing at its discretion if the item presents legal, regulatory, safety, fraud, reputational, or marketplace-integrity concerns.

- Forged collectibles, documents, signatures, artwork, or memorabilia
- Unauthorized copies of copyrighted works

Users may not list:
- Illegal drugs
- Controlled substances sold without lawful authorization

BidZombie may prohibit or restrict these items entirely or require additional conditions before permitting a listing.
Sellers are responsible for determining whether an item may legally be listed, purchased, shipped, transferred, and possessed.
Nothing on BidZombie may be used to circumvent background checks, licensing requirements, age restrictions, transfer requirements, or any other applicable law.

- Sold to the buyer;
- Shipped through the selected carrier;
- Delivered to the buyer’s jurisdiction; and
- Possessed by the buyer.

- Reporting Prohibited Items
Users who believe a listing violates this Policy are encouraged to report the listing to BidZombie.
BidZombie may investigate reports but is not obligated to disclose the results of an investigation or any action taken against another user’s account.
- Changes to This Policy
BidZombie may update this Policy periodically to address changes in law, marketplace practices, safety requirements, or platform functionality.
The current version posted on BidZombie will govern use of the platform from its effective date forward.
- Contact
Questions regarding whether a particular category of item may be listed should be submitted to BidZombie before the item is offered for sale.
Sellers should not assume that an item is permitted merely because a similar item has previously appeared on the platform.
When in doubt, contact BidZombie before listing the item.
